How to fund and use the Snekfun Turbo Wallet

The Turbo Wallet is Snekfun’s built-in wallet. It lets you trade instantly without installing a browser extension or approving each transaction manually — making it the fastest way to use the platform.

How it works

When you create a Turbo Wallet, Snekfun generates a Cardano wallet address for you. You deposit ADA into this address and the platform handles transactions on your behalf as you trade.

Your private key is encrypted and stored locally in your browser. Snekfun never has custody of your funds.

The Turbo Wallet is designed for active trading with smaller amounts. For larger holdings, we recommend using a self-custody wallet like Vespr, Eternl or Lace.

How to fund your Turbo Wallet

1. Open the Turbo Wallet

   Click the Wallet icon in the top navigation bar. If you haven’t created a Turbo Wallet yet, click Create wallet.

2. Copy your deposit address

   Your Turbo Wallet has a unique Cardano address. Copy it.

3. Send ADA

   Send ADA to that address from a centralized exchange or another Cardano wallet. Funds usually arrive within a few seconds.

4. Start trading

   Once your balance shows up, you’re ready to trade.

Withdrawing funds

To move funds out of your Turbo Wallet, connect a CIP-30 wallet, go to Wallet → Withdraw, and confirm the transfer to the connected wallet.

Backing up your wallet

When you create a Turbo Wallet, Snekfun shows you a seed phrase. Write it down and store it in a safe place.

When you create a Turbo Wallet, you must write down the seed phrase. If you do not save it, you will not be able to recover the wallet later.

Never share your seed phrase with anyone. Snekfun will never ask for it.

New to Cardano?

If you don’t have a Cardano wallet yet, we recommend starting with Eternl or Lace.

1. Install the browser extension from the official website
2. Create a new wallet and save your seed phrase somewhere safe — this is the only way to recover your funds
3. Fund your wallet with ADA from a centralized exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.)
4. Connect to Snekfun by clicking Connect Wallet in the top right corner
